I just knew that rehabbing was where I fit in. So I bought my first property - which was really my own house that I lived in because I couldn't afford two house payments. I decided to rent this house out and then buy a second home to rehab. And that's how I began rehabbing property. I took it one at a time until today where I rehab over 100 properties per year.
The only problem I had was that I made numerous mistakes along the way which ended up costing me thousands and thousands of dollars.
